Two Year Limited Warranty
RBW warrants that all mechanical components (other than LED drivers) in the Product as well as the fixture housing will be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty excludes LED boards and drivers, which are covered by their manufacturers’ own warranties, and RBW makes no warranty with respect to, or accepts any responsibility related to, those components. For a period of Two Years following the original date of shipment of each Product, RBW. This limited warranty covers installed and operated according to RBW instructions, at its sole cost and expense, shall repair or replace any Product which is defective in workmanship or materials without cost to the Customer, or, at RBW’s discretion, make a price adjustment to such Product. RBW reserves the right to determine the most appropriate manner to fulfill this warranty, in its sole discretion. RBW reserves the right to utilize new, reconditioned, refurbished, repaired, or remanufactured products or parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to an original product or part, as determined by Seller in its sole discretion, and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
RBW is not obligated to pay any chargeback for labor or other costs incurred in the absence of RBW’s advance written approval. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident or misuse occurring after such Product is shipped including, without limitation, improper installation.
Except as expressly herein stated, RBW shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (even if RBW has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy), or for the breach of any warranty, express or implied, whether of merchantability or fitness for any purpose or otherwise, any implied warranties arising from a course of dealing or course of performance, or for any other obligation or liability on account of the products covered by this agreement.
Except as expressly herein stated, RBW does not make, and hereby specifically disclaims, any representations or warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, any implied warranties arising from a course of dealing or course of performance.
The customer will not purport to make any warranty on behalf of RBW that is more extensive than the warranty contained in this agreement.
Final Sale. All items are not returnable. Any Product warranties do not apply to Products sold “as is.”
The foregoing warranty provisions are exclusive and are given and accepted in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranty against infringement and any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. in no event shall RBW be liable for incidental, compensatory, consequential, indirect, special, or other damages arising from the purchase, resale, use, or disposal of any product, whether the claim arises under tort law, strict liability, principles of equity, or contract. RBW's aggregate liability with respect to a defective product shall, in any event, be limited to the purchase price of that defective product
This warranty is effective for purchases of Products on or after the effective date set forth below. RBW reserves the right to modify this warranty from time to time. Any modification of this warranty shall be effective for all orders placed with RBW on or after the effective date of such revised warranty.
