Nestled in the heart of Tribeca, our new home is a space designed for discovery—a crossroads of architecture, atmosphere, and conversation. Created in collaboration with architect Neil Logan, 85F reflects a minimalist precision that lets experience take the lead.
As guests explored, the space revealed itself in quiet layers—light shifting across surfaces, materials showing their weight, warmth, and restraint. Corners invited pause. Details held tension. Nothing shouted. Everything spoke. 85F offered no script—just space. To slow down. To look closer.
An ongoing study of proportion, of perception, of how space can shape experience. As we continue to host, listen, and learn, the ideas formed here will ripple outward—into our practice, our products, and the way we think about light.
